Orders

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card payment and we are using the trusted and secure PayPal platform. Upon Check Out, please select Prepay by PayPal or Credit Card. You will then see a payment page where you can select to pay via PayPal or Credit Card. (Kindly note that there is a small hyperlink that says “Click here to continue” on the bottom left corner of the PayPal page if you would like to pay via credit card.) If you would like to pre-pay by bank transfer, please send us an email and we will provide you with the bank account details. This option will always be available in Singapore and we will advise if it can be extended to other countries.

Is there any minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement. Please note that for orders below S$20.00 (or equivalent currency), there will be a handling charge of S$2.50(or equivalent) in addition to standard delivery costs.

When will my order be shipped?

We work closely with our logistics partners in getting orders shipped to you in a timely manner. Your order will be shipped every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you need the products very urgently, please indicate on your shipping instructions when placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate. Customers will be given the tracking number to track their order directly with our logistics partners.

When will my order be delivered?

The delivery time slots are provided in accordance with the logistic company’s policy. • For orders above S$250.00, the time slots in Singapore are 8 am to 12 noon, 12 noon to 5pm and 5 pm to 8pm. Please note we are unable to give you a narrower time slot other than the standard time slots. Delivery of goods will be done within 2 working days (from Mon till Sat) for in-stock products. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address as re-delivery can take up to a week. • For orders below S$250.00, our logistic partner delivers on the second working day after your order is processed and there is no specified time slot. Delivery of goods will be done within 2 working days (from Mon till Sat) for in-stock products. The most efficient and recommended way to manage this if you are usually not at home is to have the parcel sent to your office address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address as re-delivery can take up to a week.

How do I make changes to my order or delivery date/ time?

Email us your requested changes and quote your invoice number. The invoice number is found at the top of the computer-generated invoice sent to your email account. If your order has not been shipped, we will try to accommodate any requests, provided the invoice value is the same or higher than your original order. Please note that for orders that have been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the order.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive an email acknowledgement with the invoice from Charis Naturals once your order is processed.

How do I cancel my order?

Due to the instantaneous online processing of all orders, financial and administrative charges are incurred once an order is placed. Therefore, we seek your understanding in making a final decision before placing your order as you may not cancel your order after submitting it. If you are unsure about making a purchase, please think through it at your own time, and place your order only after you have decided. In the interim, you may also email us with any questions you have about the products, and we are happy to assist you.

How do I order an “out of stock” item (pre-orders and back-orders)?

You may pre-order out of stock items and your payment will be processed electronically at checkout. Items will automatically be shipped to you as soon as we receive the items back in stock and you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your order is shipped. Other in-stock items you add to your order will be held until all items are ready to ship. Note that we can only reserve pre-paid pre-ordered items. For your security and your shipping savings on a consolidated order, we do not offer delayed payments, or multiple shipments. By electing to pre-order an item, you agree to these terms. If you change your mind and prefer not to wait for a pre-order, the item may be removed from your order at any time, or placed in a separate order, with applicable shipping charges added, so that other items in your order can be released for immediate shipping.

Are your products genuine?

Without question, Charis Naturals will only deliver you authentic products directly sourced from our brands. Not only are we recognised as an authorised distributor of our respective brands, our products are also registered with the Health Authority of Singapore.

How can I test your Products?

We offer samples for sale in starter kits, which are also handy for travel. We provide free samples with every order (of at least $S80.00), and more during periodic promotions. However, we regret that we are unable to provide free samples without orders.

What are the expiry dates of your Products?

As these are natural products, the natural preservative systems used generally means that the shelf life may be shorter than non-natural products. While most products are imported in small batches direct from the factory to ensure maximum freshness, and typically each product will have a shelf life of at least 12-18 months, we will always provide expiration date and usage instructions with each order.

What is the best way to use the Products and to preserve their effectiveness?

Once opened, for best results, most products should be used within 3 to 18 months, depending on the formulation. This is usually indicated on the product label next to the ‘opened can’ symbol. To extend the life of the products, you should use a clean spatula or clean fingers when taking out the product for application (ie masks, moisturisers, creams, etc). Whenever possible, we have chosen the most hygienic packaging (eg, tubes, airless pumps, etc), to ensure the product’s pristine condition. If you like, refrigerate your products and make sure you store products in a cool, dry place to allow you to enjoy the product for a slightly longer time.
